Location: Off Kanakapura Road, Bangalore
A compact commercial building with basement and two floors, equipped with all amenities built close by to a commercial hub of south Bangalore.
This project was comparatively challenging on the design criteria. Although the land area was small and uneven, the building built over it marked a good impression with its attractive elevation and space planning. The contract was on a design-build basis which helped the stakeholders to execute the project swiftly and complete it much before the scheduled delivery.
