Mr. C.P.Kailashdev has been associated with the construction industry since 1980 and has been involved in several engineering & construction projects. He is the founder of Manikanda Group. Since its inception, Manikanda has concentrated on construction of several heavy engineering, industrial, Real estate and infrastructure projects across various places in India. He is the driving force behind the Manikanda Group's initiatives. He has over 40 years of rich experience in the field of Engineering & Construction. Under his leadership now Kailashdev Infrastructure India Private Limited undertakes projects in various disciplines.
Business activities of Kailashdev Infrastructure are now looked after by his two sons – Soorya Kailash and Adhitya Kailash.
Mr. Soorya Kailash the eldest son of C.P.Kailashdev, is at the helm of the Kailashdev Infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He is also on the board of Manikanda Group and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the Group. He has been responsible for the identification of opportunities for the company and takes care in managing organizational performance, formulating business strategy and plans, defining the scope of enterprise, initiating business goals, developing new markets, forecasting and analysing finance for projects.
Mr. Adhitya Kailash the youngest son of C.P.Kailashdev, born and grew up in Bangalore. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Masters degree in business management from Southampton University, United Kingdom. He has involved in construction activities of Manikanda group and has also been instrumental in implementing best construction practices by the acquisition of new materials and focusing on latest construction technology as a means to achieve quality construction.
