Warehouse for Onkar Bearing

The project housed a steel framed warehouse building and residential staff quarters. The Pre-engineered steel building of 15000 square feet was built on one acre of pristine land surrounded by lush greenery.
Onkar Bearing came up with a requirement of a warehouse on their land, later the entire conceptualisation, design and construction of the project was executed by Kailashdev. It involved several pre-construction processes and design manoeuvres which paved the path to successful completion of the project on time.
The warehouse also contained a mezzanine that housed the client’s corporate office on it. This helped them to achieve a self-contained project with their complete team always ready on task.
