The unit was built with complete steel structure, commonly called as Pre-Engineered Building. The project stands on a land area of 2 acres comprising of a factory unit of about 33000 square feet and other infrastructure works such as workers quarters, power yard, internal roads and services.
Kailashdev Infrastructure was responsible for the entire design and construction of the project, including governmental liasioning, electrical works and commissioning. The project was planned and managed accordingly to execute the works entirely in-situ. The design team maintained a strict procedure which was followed by the execution team that gave a 100% precision engineering and finished the works well before the targeted period. The client was completely satisfied as they were able to start their production in the new factory unit as scheduled.
