Multi-dwelling building constructed on turnkey basis
The project consists of six houses of one-bedroom and two-bedroom combinations altogether 4600 square feet of built area. Kailashdev Infrastructure undertook the project on turnkey basis which includes project conceptualisation, pre-construction process, architectural design, entire construction and interior works. Based on the requirement of the client, we provided them with an end-to-end construction service at a reasonable cost.
The pre-construction process earmarked a major stage in the project as value addition on each segment had to be considered carefully. The finishes in the project brought in new type of materials that created a lasting impression among the other cluster of buildings.
